Pulled Pork
Tender, shredded slow-cooked pork shoulder.
Easy Pressure Cooker Method
- Pork butt, cut into large chunks
- Brown sugar, cayenne, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, etc.
- Cola, beer, or stock
- Barbecue sauce, hot sauce, etc.
- Serving suggestion: In a butter-toasted sandwich roll, with corn on the cob and pickle spears
Marinade the pork butt. Sear all sides in the bottom of the pressure cooking pot. Deglaze and fill with a shallow layer of liquid to pressure cook with. Cook on high pressure for upwards of an hour until completely tender. Shred, season, and dress in sauce.
