Caesar Dressing
Mayonnaise-based salad dressing with a savory anchovy and parmesan flavor, brightened with lemon juice and mustard.

- Egg yolk and neutral oil, about 1 yolk to 1/4 cup oil
- Anchovy, garlic, mashed into a paste
- Lemon juice, dijon mustard, parmesan, worcester sauce, salt, pepper
Gradually add oil to yolk while whisking vigorously to make mayonnaise. Add seasonings to taste.
