Cream Biscuits
A foolproof method of making biscuits that uses cream instead of milk and butter.
- 10 oz AP flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp melted butter, half for dough and half for brushing
- 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
Combine wet into dry until dough is barely together. Press/roll and cut into biscuits. Brush with butter and bake 15 minutes at 425ºF
